The membership prices are the best in town and they represent outstanding value considering the size of the Gym and the equipment on offer. The daily work-out card at just 60 baht is also unbeatable. If you are looking for all the mod-cons like AC, sauna, state of the art equipment and luxurious bathrooms then this place is probably not for you. If you just like to train hard, this is your spot. Go Gym does have 12 super-large Industrial fans that provide a cool breeze.

There are clean male and female changing rooms with western type toilets and showers plus both are fitted with a locker room (bring your own padlock).

A large 1.5 liter bottle of water is 20 baht or a 500ml is 10 baht. Large 500ml protein shakes are available for 60-70 baht plus a variety of protein snacks and bananas. “Clean Foods” Chiang Mai has a food stand located directly outside Go Gym that has plenty of lunch combinations available for cheap prices. Chicken and vegetables for around 50 baht.

They have an extensive mix of lifting machines for almost every body part. If you are into weightlifting, they also have plenty of iron and even some strongman stuff like big tires that you can bench press or deadlift.

Go Gym also has lots of cardio equipment, 10 tread mills, spinning bikes, 8 steppers, rowing machines plus plenty more. They also offer a large calisthenics area, plenty of bars, gymnastics rings and climbing rope. Free-style athletes will just love this place too.

A full size Muay Thai boxing ring is also on site as well as plenty of boxing training equipment.

The clientele at Go Gym are a good mix of foreigners and locals, both experienced and inexperienced. It is not a pretentious place at all and everyone is really friendly and will offer advise if you ask.

Go Gym is the bomb! It’s a great gym in a hand location where you can get an awesome work out and a healthy feed for around 100 baht. Try and beat that!

Tip: Best time to train is between 10:00 a.m. and 2:00 p.m.
